Navien - Waste of time and money
Is there ever a time when you call their customer support line and they don’t feed you the expensive line “call your plumber” if that’s the default answer fine, why bother having a BS contact support line to begin with? For image purposes? Can’t wait to hear their fake sincere response, leading to the line call your plumber, wish we had the old school system here at the house, nothing wrong with how things used to be.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Navien Cons: Too many to list, Fake customer support.

Dear Customer, The reason we need you to have your plumber out is because that’s the only way to start a warranty claim. Having untrained hands on the unit will cause more problems than it will solve.
We need to be able to confirm the problem and resolution with a trained professional in order to resolve issues in the field.
All of our units require installation and service by a licensed professional for safety reasons. Thank you.
So then what’s the point in the service line? Unless it’s solely for plumbers. If that’s the default answer to everything why even have it?
